AY 2025-2026
In Fall 2025, the Assessment Team decided to build a homegrown survey instrument instead of utilizing the HEDS Alumni Survey as it had for prior years.
The Howard University Alumni Survey was open for all alumni class years and deployed during Homecoming 2025.

AY 2024-2025
The HEDS Alumni Survey was previously distributed annually to graduates of Howard University; the survey contacts students who graduated 1 year ago, 5 years ago, and 10 years ago to track their employment trajectory and the influence they perceive their time at Howard to have had on their success. Linked below are reports generated to visualize the data collected, offering a summary of findings.
*The IRA team began running the Alumni survey during Homecoming weekend in 2024 rather than deploying it in Spring 2024 in keeping with prior years. For this reason, the 2023-2024 academic year does not have Alumni survey data.
The 2024-2025 Alumni survey was open to all HU graduates, irrespective of class year.

The Alumni Survey was a homegrown instrument used primarily to capture post-graduation plans for Howard University graduates (Undergraduate Students and Graduate/Professional Students) in the one year post-graduation. This survey was been replaced by the HEDS Alumni Survey from AY2021-2022 through AY 2024-2025.
